These are all 3D printed kits. Finishing the kits will require sanding, some assembly and paint.
This order includes 3D printed 15′ orchard ladders (4), standard field crates (25), harvest buckets (5), citrus shipping crates (6), open citrus shipping crates (6), citrus shipping crate stacks (1), open citrus shipping crate stacks (1), (smudge pots (6), and stacks of field crates (2). These items are based on prototypes found in California and are as accurate as the printing process allows. Often the parts had to be made thicker to print. The images in this listing are finished versions of the items you will receive. Painting and weathering is required. Also you will need to print your own labels for the citrus shipping crates. Cost is $39.95 plus shipping.
I recommend using #2 glass sand blasting beads or shot for fruit. This is accurate for grapefruit, oranges, peaches and apples. Use glass etchent such as Etchall dip ‘n etch liquid to prepare them for painting. Make an amalgam of paint ant the glass beads. Spread this thin on a metal sheet. Once dry scrape it off and grind it with a mortar and pestil. Use a fine mesh colandar to separate the individuals from the ones that need further grinding.
