40′ Central of Georgia Pulpwood Flat Car

These are all 3D printed kits. Finishing the kits will require sanding, some assembly and paint.  Also required are a decals, brake wheel, trucks, weights and couplers.

1966 Southern Iron and Equipment Company 40′ Pulpwood flat car.  300 Southern boxcars series 10000-11922 and 13043-15895 were converted to these bulkhead flat cars and assigned to the Central of Georgia series 13000-13299.

Decals, brake wheel, couplers, weights and trucks are not provided.  Chassis accepts Kadee 5&10 as well as Sergeant couplers.  A cavity between the chassis and the body is provided for insertion of metal plates for adding weight to the cars.  Prototypes had Minor brand brake wheels.  Mask Island Decals produced the decals for these cars (SKU: 87-273).
